Excellent characteristics have made the KAHL annular gap expansion unit, EXPANDAT? a success. EXPANDAT? guarantees enhanced and peak quality feed conversion. It is hygenic, eco-friendly, well-designed, homogeneous with minimal dust content and a Granular design that satisfies the animals' requirements. It has impeccable flow properties, with rapid water solubility and is pathogenic germs and fungi resistant.

The KAHL annular gap expander has instant pressure build-up in the mixing tube, which is crucial. This leads to 90 to 140 ?C temperature build-up and when pressure is instantly lowered at the outlet, the material expands, and water evaporates.

The KAHL annular gap expander can be acquired in six different sizes with ESEP, a clear automatic conception, you can reach peak potential of the expander. The electric monitoring system has also been advanced by KAHL.
